Returns and Refunds
Our new returns/refunds policy explained.
We offer returns of any full order within 14 days of purchase.
If you change your mind, we will accept a return of full orders only within the first 14 days of order.
Simply ensure your products are unused, not tampered with and in fit condition for resale and restocking.
You will need to arrange the return at your own cost.
How to return goods to IBRAN:

- For pallets use: Send a Pallet
- Email us using the contact form below, including the tracking number you received.
There are no admin, handling or restocking fees and your full order will be refunded in full, provided the goods are returned in full and in their original condition.
Applies to UK and Northern Ireland, excludes ROI and EU.
By committing to a purchase, you are agreeing to these terms which are binding under a legal contract of sale.
